Handcrafted Fursuits, Built One Commission at a Time

Fuzzforge Studio is an independent fursuit workshop run by ONCEWOW LIMITED, a UK-registered company based in London. Our studio in China designs and produces our work, and orders are shipped from China. We design and build custom fursuit heads, partials, fullsuits, paws, and tails for the fandom community — every piece cut, sewn, and finished by hand.

What We Do

We specialise in handmade, made-to-order commissions and also offer selected ready-to-ship pieces when available. For personalised commissions, we work from your reference sheet — your character, your colours, your expression — to agree a build that reflects your design.

How We Work

Every commission follows a transparent process: you send us your idea, we review it and quote a price, and you approve the design and payment arrangement. You can pay in full or email us to arrange a 50% deposit, with the remaining item balance due after completion and final-photo approval, before dispatch. We confirm any shipping charge, applicable taxes and estimated schedule before payment. You receive progress photos as your suit takes shape.

From the start of production to delivery, the estimated timeframe is typically 3–4 weeks, including production and shipping. Queue time may apply before production starts, and requirements or revisions can affect timing.

Our Materials

We work with high-quality faux fur, lightweight structural materials for head bases, and durable hardware for tails and attachment points. Materials are selected for comfort, longevity, and appearance under convention lighting.
