Design, production, shipping and returns

Our studio in China designs and produces our work. Orders are shipped from China and product returns are handled in China. The UK address above is our registered and correspondence address, not our designated product-return address. Email us for the correct Chinese return address and instructions; this does not make a lawful cancellation conditional on our approval.
